Terms and Conditions
Legal contract including participation and ticketing rules for Vertex Corporation LTD events.
1. General Rules and Participant Behavior
- Everyone participating in the event is obliged to comply with all the rules determined and announced by the Organizer.
- Persons who disrupt the general safety, peace, and organizational order in the event area, or who disturb other participants or staff, may be removed from the event area without ticket refund.
- All participants must comply with the occupational health and safety rules applied in the event area.
2. Ticket and Entry Conditions
- Purchased tickets are personal. Unless otherwise stated in writing by the Organizer, tickets cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
- In order to enter the event area, it is mandatory to present a valid ticket (digital or printed) issued in the name of the participant.
3. Event Changes and Refund Policy
- Events will not be cancelled under any circumstances; however, the date, time, venue, and other organizational details of the event may be changed by the Organizer.
- No ticket or fee refund will be made under any scenario that may arise, including the case where these changes prevent registered participants from attending the event.
4. Disclaimer
- Vertex Corporation LTD and its associated personnel cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings belonging to the participants during the event or in the event area.
- Participants attend the event entirely under their own free will and responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All kinds of content, presentations, visuals, audio materials, brand logos, and designs presented within the scope of the event belong to Vertex Corporation LTD or the respective content creators. These materials cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Organizer.
6. Right of Organizational Change
The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program and flow, and to change the announced speakers, guests, or event partners without prior notice.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England (United Kingdom). The Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in the resolution of any disputes that may arise from this contract.
8. Updating the Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated by the Organizer when deemed necessary without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published.
9. Acceptance and Approval
Each individual participating by purchasing a ticket to the event or filling out the registration form declares, represents, and warrants that they have read, understood, and accepted in advance the entire text of the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" in this document with their free will, irrevocably.
